How do you ship your items?

All of our items are shipped via USPS First-Class-Mail for only $4.75. They are carefully wrapped in tissue, and shipped in a sturdy box using a poly mailer.  It's like getting a fun present!  Please note that our boxes are sturdy and are meant to protect the merchandise inside.  If you are giving the box with bows as a gift, we would suggest selecting Priority Mail, to insure that your packages are shipped in a sturdy Priority Mail box and will be perfect for presentation after shipping. 

What if I need my order quickly?  If you need your bows by a certain date, please let us know by leaving us a comment in the comments box when you check out.  You also have the option of using our USPS  Priority Mail service (2-3 days delivery once shipped out) for $6.95, or Next Day Delivery  (2-day guarantee) starting at $34.95.  Your Express packages will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.  When you choose either one of these quick options, your order is automatically moved ahead of others for quicker shipping times without any additional fees.  Both of these options are also shipped in a sturdy Priority Mailing box. 

Can I get my package insured?

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our bows are custom made as they are ordered. We do not mass produce our hair bows. We give attention and detail to every single bow we make. Due to our unique product line, and high demand, we do not stock any hair bows.  We are quick - typically a few days - but during any holiday season it will probably take a bit longer.  We invite you to leave us a message in the comments box at checkout if you have a special time requirement.  We will pull your order and do our best to make sure it gets to you in time. 

All hair bow orders take 1-10 days to make and ship out.

September through March is our busy season and orders take a bit longer to process during this time of the year.  If you have a deadline to receive your bows, simply let us know in the comments box when you check out .  We will do our very best to accomodate your request.  We typically have the fastest turn around times in the industry. 

Do you have gift wrapping?

Yes, we do have special gift boxes for gift giving,  although our regular packaging works just as perfectly  because of the attention we take in packaging our products (pretty boxes and chiffon ribbons). If you still would like a special wrap or gift box, please request this in the comments box upon checkout.  We will charge a minimum charge of $6.95 for this service.  You can be assured that all gift wrapping will be top quality and gorgeous!  Gift cards can be included on any of the packages we send out - gift wrapped or not -  at no additional charge -- just leave us a message in the comments box at checkout.  We recommend using the Priority Mail option to assure your package looks perfect after shipping. 

I need my order fast for a special event, do you offer rush orders?

Yes, we do offer rush orders. This is a premium paid service we offer for those Emergency Orders.

Premium rush orders will be shipped out Fast, within 1 business day of your order.  You should select the USPS Express Mail Shipping option and then leave us a comment in the box at checkout regarding your time requirement.  It may be necessary to use Federal Express overnight service to meet your deadline.  This would be an additional charge and we would require that it be paid before we will ship. We do not make any profit on the Fed Ex shipping service.  We charge you only what it costs us. 

We are able to offer USPS International Priority Mail (7-10 days arrival time) and International Express Mail (3-5 days arrival time).  Overnight or 2 day arrivals are not available on International orders.

Is it possible to use another shipping method for quick shipment?

If you do not want to pay the hefty fees involved in overnight shipping, the next best way to receive your merchandise fast is to select our Priority Mail option.  We try to pull those orders first and send them out before our regular first class shipping orders.  This is typical, but not guaranteed, so you may choose to e-mail us or leave us a comment in the box at checkout if you have a special time requirement. 

Can we purchase your products if we are located in a different country?

Yes, we do take international orders.  We charge a starting fee of $14.95shipping internationally.  However, if you have a extra large order that exceeds that amount, we will ask you to cover the additional shipping costs prior to shipping.  We usually reduce the international fee for first class shipping to Canada.  Please leave us a message in the comments box if we miss it. 

Are all of your products available for wholesale?

A very good selection of our best selling products are available for wholesale for brick and mortar stores. Please contact us for further details.

Payment FAQ's

Can I place my order by phone?

We do not typically offer phone order placement at this time, but there are exceptions.   Consistently taking phone orders and calls puts us behind in our work.  We know that if you had to choose, you would like your orders shipped promptly.  That said, we would be happy to offer you our business phone number or call you when the need arises.  We appreciate your understanding of this policy. 

**To keep our product costs down, and production fast, we would rather not take phone orders at this time.  We would rather our clients order via the internet. **

We realize that not every one of our customer feels comfortable ordering over the internet.  If you would like to place your order via email or via telephone, please contact us, we will do that for you.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards on our secured shopping cart checkout.

We also accept Payments with Paypal. Paypal is worldwide and accounts are free to use at www.Paypal.com

What is your privacy policy?

We value our customers and respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent or give out our customers information to anyone. Any information obtained by you is strictly confidential. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. 

Product FAQ's

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, please email us your product details -- we do charge a premium for this service as it tends to be extremely time consuming.  We would appreciate it if you place your order before soliciting a lot of advise from us via e-mail. 

What clip styles do you have?

All of our clip styles that we use are in the description of our hair bows.

Some are on Alligator Pinch Clips or Barrettes. Both work well on little girls of all ages. 

What Clips do you use on your infant hair bows?

We use Alligator pinch clips on most of our infant clips. You can request snap clips at no additional charge.

Our baby clips are either partially or fully lined with ribbon. Both of these clips will grasp fine baby hair.

What are your Shimmer Bands?

Our elastic shimmer headbands are listed in the Baby headbands section under Small-Medium headbands.

They are made from a super stretchy soft elastic. This is a high quality premium elastic, not tough. It has a nice shiny shimmer look to the headband. It hugs the babies head very softly.

What other Headbands do you use?

We use 3 different types of headbands. Crochet (two different widths), Premium Cotton, Premium Cotton/lycra Stretch.

They all stretch very well and will fit from 0 up to 4-5 (and older) years of age.  The crochets can even fit older girls.

We use these types so that we are able to offer a wide variety of hair bow colors to all of our customers

What are your Bling Hair Bows & Headbands made with?

We use only genuine swarovski crystals where stated in the description of the bow. Please supervise baby at ALL times while wearing our bows. Some of our bows contain small parts.

Will your bows fray like other bows we have used?

No, we hand heat seal all ribbon ends to ensure a long lasting, high-quality hair bow.

Do you offer a Catalogue?

We do not have a printed catalogue. All of our products can be viewed and purchased online.
